ORDERS & CONTRACT INFORMATION

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Ethical Fashionistas and you only when we dispatch the item(s) you have ordered.

A contract is not formed at the point when payment has been taken by Ethical Fashionistas, or at the point when you receive an email from Thought acknowledging receipt of your order.

Until the item(s) are dispatched, the order may not be accepted by Ethical Fashionistas or may be cancelled by you.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We gladly accept payments via PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express via our secure website.

All items are sold in either (GBP), (Euro) (USD) though we happily accept credit card payments from all over the world.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 7 working days. The period of 7 working days begins on the day after the day you receive your item(s). You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter or email within this period, and must take reasonable care of the item(s) and not use them.

Please return item(s) to us in their original packaging as soon as possible after informing us of your wish to cancel. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If item(s) are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.

RETURNS INFORMATION

We operate a no questions asked refund policy. Simply send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase, making sure it’s unused and in its original condition and packaging with all swing tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refund if the garment the tag taken off or if teared  . We ask that you take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.

Returning an item is easy, just complete the return form included with your order and send it to us at the following address:

We also recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us.

For exchanges, replacement item(s) will be delivered to you free of charge. This only applies to india orders and to the first occasion when a replacement item(s) is requested.
